What to look for in a community:
- Location: When you are looking for an active adult community, it's important to find one that is close to all necessary services, shopping, healthcare, etc. We build in great areas that offer all of these conveniences.
- Age restrictions: In our communities, one person must be over 55 and nobody under the age of 17 can live permanently in our homes. This helps to create the sense of community we are known for.
- Rules and regulations: Other rules that may affect your lifestyle include pet restrictions, how long can visitors stay, and where can they park. - Amenities: At Champlin communities, we primarily take care of lawn care and snow removal. We offer these services over installing large clubhouses or pools so we can keep HOA fees low and take care of the maintenance services our residents care about most.
